Ambassador Program
The purpose of the Ambassador Program is to engage high school students in a positive volunteer experience while earning community service hours. This program, designed to be participated in for four consecutive years, is open to teens in grades 9-12 whose parents are members of The Jackson Symphony League.

Color of Music
Presented in partnership with LeBonheur Children’s Hospital, this annual art contest for grades K-8 is designed to increase awareness of The Jackson Symphony and encourage appreciation and visual interpretation of classical music. The top four winning pieces are displayed in LeBonheur's lobby in Jackson.

Events & Meetings
Each year, the League hosts a number socials, membership meetings and special events benefiting The Jackson Symphony. From an outdoor garden party to an elegant formal evening to Nashville-style songwriter rounds, each gathering brings the community together while supporting the programs and mission of both the League and the Symphony.

Established in 1962, The Jackson Symphony League is an indispensable auxiliary of The Jackson Symphony. The League provides a wide range of services and fundraising support for the orchestra, while generating ticket sales and sparking community interest and involvement.
