Standing Rules, Policies, and Procedures
Rules Pertaining to General Operations

The Symphony Orchestra Conductor and Executive Director and their spouses shall be offered courtesy membership in the League.

The President, President‐Elect, Immediate Past President, Treasurer, and Treasurer‐Elect shall prepare a budget for the board approval by June 30 and for general approval at the first general meeting of the new fiscal year.

Changes in league dues will be presented by the executive board and voted on at the last general meeting of the fiscal year.

Scheduled League general meetings and board meetings will be canceled for inclement weather or at the discretion of the League President. If necessary, the Executive Committee and/or the Board may meet via online meeting.

The Standing Rules, Policies, and Procedures shall be reviewed annually. Changes or additions to these Standing Rules, Policies, and Procedures may be made upon approval of a majority of board members.
