Events & Meetings
The Jackson Symphony League hosts a number of events and meetings throughout the year, including the Crystal Ball, Ballads & Boots, Hats & Flats, the Ambassador Kick Off Social, and post-concert Meet & Greets with Music Director Paul Haas.
The entire League gathers four times each year to keep the membership informed of activities and enjoy time socializing. Usually meeting at the home of a League member, a short program pertaining to some aspect of arts in the local West TN area, updates on The Jackson Symphony, League business, and planning for major upcoming events rounds out most agendas.

For 28 years, the Crystal Ball has set the standard as West Tennessee’s most elegant charitable event. Ballads & Boots, a night featuring Nashville's biggest hitmakers, is always a sell-out event that brings people together through the power of music, no matter the genre. Back for a second season in 2026-27 is Hats & Flats, an exclusive Member & Guest event, held on the grounds of First Presbyterian Church the day before the annual Starlight Symphony.
